The H.E.A.R.T. Into-Action 90-in-90 Grant

We believe that immediately following successful treatment, the first few months of recovery are critical to long-term success and sobriety; we invest heavily in early recovery to ensure the greatest possible chances of success!

HEART gives scholarships to people in early recovery to help them concentrate — without distraction — on what is important in order to succeed.

HEART will provide $900 monthly for three months to individuals who:

• Are recommended by their counselor at a HEART-affiliate care facility
• Have successfully completed their course in treatment
• Commit to and follow HEART-affiliate aftercare directions
• Attend 90 meetings in the 90 days immediately following treatment
• Meet employment standards and work toward being self-supporting at the end of 90 days
